“Here is an agricultural tradition, born of a love of the land and its simple produce. At the beginning of the 1900s, Rosa and Antonio Galletti began producing wineand olive oil in the Colli di Luni region; the secrets of the traditionwere passed down from generation to generation. And so, in this land, an ancient cradle for a long winemaking tradition,lost sometime between Etruscan and Roman history,today, as in the past, the tradition lives on in the Vermentino wine and all the products of the Boriassi Winery.”
